It's never too early or too late to begin making changes in your life. Taking that first step can be challenging, especially when reaching out to someone new. It’s understandable to feel uncertain, hesitant, or vulnerable. I’m here to help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your experiences and creating meaningful change.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a master’s degree in counselling psychology. Before my training as a psychotherapist, I worked in community-based mental health care, as well as with individuals with acquired brain injuries. I use an integrative approach, tailored to my client’s needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, from a trauma-informed lens.
I support individuals with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, chronic illness, navigating life changes, and managing big emotions. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I’m here to meet you where you are and support you on your journey.
I provide youth, adult, and couples therapy.
