Sometimes life can leave us feeling stuck - whether we're struggling in a relationship, overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a new chapter, or feeling disconnected from ourselves or those around us. Sometimes the ways we think, feel, and respond today make more sense when we reflect on what we’ve been through. In therapy, we can explore those connections, make sense of what you're experiencing, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a master’s degree in counselling psychology and a bachelor’s degree in family studies and human development. I take an individualized and collaborative approach to therapy, primarily drawing from cognitive-behavioural approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT.
I work with adolescents (13+), adults, and couples experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
My background in health and fitness has also shaped my interest in the connection between mental and physical well-being. I enjoy supporting clients as they navigate changes in confidence, motivation, and their relationship with themselves.
I am currently working toward my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), with a particular interest in supporting women's mental health through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood.
