Life is full of different paths to explore and bridges to cross. Sometimes we get stuck or lose our way. Developing greater awareness and healthier coping strategies enables us to move forward with more ease, expertise, and joy. My goal is to help you get where you want to go and have more fun doing it!
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a master’s degree in counselling psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. My therapeutic approach is holistic; I like to get an understanding of the bio-psycho-social factors at play with my client's concerns. Each person is their own expert. I work collaboratively with my clients to implement an individualized treatment plan with them. I typically integrate tools based in cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and other evidence-based methods. Please contact me with any additional questions you may have. Interests & Expertise
My experience in the mental health field includes working with individuals dealing with a wide array of challenges including relationships, depression, anxiety, loneliness, career transitions, body image concerns, and disordered eating. Having a background in health, fitness, and leadership, I often incorporate my knowledge in these areas as well. Whether you want to reach your higher potential, move beyond past wounds, or learn new methods of coping, I am here to support you through the process.
I primarily provide youth, adult, and couple therapy. Child and family services are considered on a case-by-case basis.
